How often should my chimney be cleaned?
Frequency of Use:
How often you use your stove will change the frequency
of cleaning required.
Best practice is:
Daily use: After three months of daily use.
Minimum: Once a year.
Extra charges will apply if the chimney has a heavy amount of creosote build up, a blockage or requires rope and harness access.
Please have your fire box cold for time of appointment, and cleared of wood and ashes.
